Kid Centric Sports Association provides opportunities in sports and healthy activities for North Idaho youth of all ages and abilities with a focus on underserved youth. Our goal is to provide program fees and equipment needed to participate.
KCSA has provided scholarships and support to foster youth, children of veterans and underserved youth who would otherwise not be able to afford many sports activities. The purpose and goal of KCSA is for youth to be able to develop their fine and gross motor skills as they grow and develop to their full potential.
KCSA was formed as a nonprofit in 2009 by four dedicated volunteer parents wanting to help support more youth with funding and opportunities for healthy activities. In the early years, fundraising events were held so youth at a local gym could participate in competitions. KCSA was able to sponsor youth in the Western National Championships, the USGA Championships and help support the Great West Gym Fest held in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Today the Scholarship Program has expanded to focus on youth of all ages and abilities throughout North Idaho.
KCSA is a Non-Profit Organization with the IRS 501c3 classification and donors may declare their donations to this charity. KCSA raises funds through private donations, through Event Promotion, Sponsorships, Grant Writing, and Booster Club Activities.
Our absolutely incredible volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of individuals with different backgrounds who were somehow drawn into the Kid Centric Sports Association. We could not be the force we are without them.

KCSA is also fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers. These are the individuals who help with the heavy lifting and the mundane tasks that are just as important in a non-profit organization.
KCSA is proud to participate in the City of Coeur d'Alene's Adopt a Street Litter Pickup Program. Twice a year our board members and volunteers take pride in cleaning up Hanley Avenue from Highway 95 to Ramsey. Check out our sign when you drive by and please do your part to help keep our streets clean!
